A Greener Indiana

Everybody can do something to make a greener Indiana

We just moved and we are looking to find in Anderson, IN recycling centers, local foods, local dairy, etc.  Any suggestions?  I've been told the recycle station by Mounds mall is a joke and it appears I have to leave town to find a decent farmer's market.  I really hope someone who knows Anderson could guide me a bit.

If you are just moving to Indiana, welcome to the Hoosier State. I'm in Bloomington, so I can't really offer much help, but the county office for solid waste management should be able to help with recycling. Calling city government you should be able to get some direction to who can tell you about the farmers market. Here the city runs the farmers market. Best of luck in Anderson.
