Your picture looks like you just told someone "it puts the lotion on its skin, and puts it in the basket"

Hello, I'm Nova
I have been running an alternative energy myspace site for about 7 yrs now.
I came across this site when the owner added me as a friend. I am very excited about this site. For now most of my stuff is on myspace. I will be trying to move alot of the info. to this site over the next few days. I finally sprused up my page to look like something I would be running. So hopefully people like it when they visit. Hope to see ya on there and Have a great day.Spread the word out if you can.

Your friend,
Nova

Thank you for becoming a member of AGI, you are most welcome here. Feel free to make it your place and invite your friends to take a look and see what they think.

What are your strong points in environmental awareness or curiousities? Is there a particular arena or field we could help empower you with? AGI has a staff that is able to offer full support and assistance in environmental work and issues, community and economic development, advertising, promotions, web design, and programming. Have a question or a request. Dont hesitate.

The idea here is to support you in helping to support communities and Indiana as a whole to make the change over to more sustainable practices and equilibrium.

Besides the resource based environmental arenas of: Land, Water, Air, Energy, Policy, and Advocacy. There are many other fields that are interconnected to sustainabiity and the green paradigm including recreation, health/wellness, agriculture, community development, economic development, products, arts, and humanities and many more.

You can share your awareness and activities in any of the above through many facets this site offers and more soon to come. Chat around, friend up like minded individuals, post, blog, make groups, are just some of the ways in which you may interact and utilize this site to tool your work and passions.

We are all in this together and together we can help make things better.
Kootoss to you for participating in this great work

Reader tips: hangers, mesh bags and water conservation

Sometimes you, readers, have some pretty great tips to share. Here are a few that I thought might interest the masses.

Folks might want to remember food/clothing pantries which are always looking for hangers to hang [...]

STOP COVANTA’S DIRTY MRF

RECYCLING UPDATE FOR THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS

In September 2014, two paper companies and a concerned citizen filed a lawsuit in Marion Superior Court, asking the judge to stop the City of Indianapolis’ “recycling” contract with Covanta. We expect to hear from the judge within in the next week or [...]

Can do

Renee!!

For many years as a family we have gone to Michigan to camp.  During many of the visits we noticed that many Michigan grocery stores have recycling machines that accept cans/bottles.  When a can is deposited it is crushed and a receipt is printed for cash reimbursement.  The store [...]
