Living a green life doesn’t mean you have to be a die-hard treehugger. A green life is as much about our health and well being as it is about the earth and our environment. A life with less disease and sickness through simple choices about the products we use and their impact on our bodies. We spend a lot of time at home in our kitchens. It’s the heart of the house and the one room we should consider when going green.

1. Use natural plant-based cleaners that do not contain harmful… Continue

Green Cleaning without Toxic Ingredients

Spring is in the air and spring cleaning will soon be here. Have you thought about the safety of the cleaning products you use around the house? According to some consumer polls, many people don’t seem that concerned. The problem with this is simple – the negative health effects may take years to surface so we don’t connect the use of a chemical-based cleaner today with an illness in the future! CFL Light Bulbs - A Response to Fear Mongering

I don't know how many people have seen the You Tube video of Mr. Poe's fear-laden speech before the house? Well, here's the link:

And, here's our response:

I don’t believe in forced legislation any more than most Americans. But we need good incentives for businesses and individuals to reduce electrical consumption and provide products that are more efficient and sustainable. This should be a bi-partisan issue. I was just sending a note for you to check out our website - www.tuwa.com. We have many cool products for home, family, pets, etc. that are made using natural, organic and recycled content.

I hope business is going well for you. Have you considered suggesting some sustainable logs? I've been approached by several companies about fire logs made from saw dust and waste material. They are reported to burn hotter and longer than hardwoods and, of course, don't require additional deforestation:) Thanks!

Hi Matt, thanks for adding me! Your comment disappeared when I accepted your invite and I didn't get to finish reading it, could you resend it? I was able to see that you shipped something to Mulberry and that was it! I'm glad we connected, I've heard some great things about you from the folks over at Find8ight and Carrie Wagoner. I'm looking forward to getting to know more about you and your business!
