First Net Zero Home in Michiana

Borkholder Buildings & Supply just completed their first net zero home located in Nappanee, Ind. on Market St. The 1,350 square-foot home generates all of its own energy and the entire structure is 95% recyclable. The goal was go generate a net zero home that was affordable to the average American ($80-$100 per square foot). This is a great idea; something we can all do to help that doesn't require a lot of time, effort, or investment.
